Just tap the link to go back to My Shortcuts and you’ll see the Convert Video to GIF shortcut you just created. images not working on iMessage issue may happen due to wrong settings. Go to Settings to select your original region. The rest of the steps are the same, except for there is no Done button. Go to Settings > Tap General > Tap Language & Region > Tap Regin > Choose a different region where images is available.
